Included are bed linens and full complement of towels. Use of washing machine and ironing upon request. All kitchens with dishwashers equipped. Final cleaning & utilities inclusive. The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of a 30% down payment for the rental. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date 50% refund of down payment. No refund for later cancellations. We suggest the use of travel insurance. No credit/bank cards accepted.
